ThCB’s Stash Card

The Compassionate Budtender’s Stash Card – keep track of your cannabis exploration. (Free Download!)

You’d like to try cannabis — or try different methods of delivery, but you don’t know how to go about it… you’re not alone! A lot of folks are hesitant to try cannabis for fear of having an uncomfortable experience. If you Start Low and Go Slow, and chart your progress along the way, you minimize the risk of getting too high (or too uncomfortable). You can also find your Minimal Effective Dose (or EFD). The central message of The Compassionate Budtender is mindful consumption.

Spend a little time. Do your homework. Make cannabis your own. The Stash Card was designed with you in mind, so you can explore cannabis mindfully and:

Track your Experience.

Trace your Steps.

Find your Flow State

As you track your progress in your Stash Card, (see a sample below), you can start to dial in the cannabis products, ratios, and methods of delivery that work best for you, and help get you to where you’re feeling like you’re in the Flow — relaxed, inspired, centered.

So:

#JustSayKnow: Dennis Peron

Dennis Peron passed this evening. You should know about him, Newbie. Legal cannabis would not have been possible without his activism. I had the fortune of being part of a special event for vets last Veterans Day, 11/11/17 at a dispensary in San Francisco called Harvest. I delivered a meditation I teach called iRest, and Dennis dropped right into it. When we came out, he smiled at me, nodded, and winked. He told me he was a big believer in meditation. Bon Voyage, Dennis. May you soar high. 💚
